Lynne has lived in Houston since high school and also attended college in Texas. In 1983, Lynne graduated with honors from the University of Houston Law School. During law school, Lynne was selected as an associate editor of the Houston Law Review and had two of her case notes selected for publication.
Lynne practices primarily in wills, trusts, probate, and estate and trust administration law. She is certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Lynne also has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and consumer lending and regulations; real estate acquisition, development, financing; and business transactions. Lynne's clients are comprised of individuals, business owners, business entities, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries. She is past President of Attorneys In Tax and Probate.
Lynne is active in Dress For Success as a past President of the Corporate Guild. She is also an active member in the community and a longtime member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. Lynne is married to John B. Williams, Jr., and has two children, Blaine and Elizabeth.
