Claudia is a native Houstonian who graduated from Rice University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. In 2004, she obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Virginia where she was the Managing Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law.
Claudia has a comprehensive practice in transactional law spanning corporate, real estate, finance and government law. She has experience representing for profit, non-profit and governmental entities. Her experience includes financings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, formations, leases, and a variety of other business transactions.
Claudia is an elder at Grace Presbyterian Church, where she and her husband, David, sing in the choir. She is very active at Rice University, as a mentor to students and serving on numerous committees. Claudia also volunteers with the United Way, the Star of Hope, and the West Houston Assistance Ministry and serves on advisory committees for Neighborhood Centers, Inc. and Fuller Texas.
